Lucia Cupertino (Polignano a Mare, 1986) is a poet (in Italian and Spanish), cultural anthropologist and translator. Currently living between Chile and Italy, attending a PhD program at Complutense University (Madrid, Spain). Her first chapbook is titled  Mar di Tasman (Collana Isola, Bologna, 2014). Her full collection of poetry Non ha tetto la mia casa/No tiene techo mi casa was published in a bilingual Spanish and Italian edition in 2016 by Casa de poesia, Costa Rica. She is a founding member of La Macchina Sognante and a current editor focusing especially on South and Central America, indigenous people, traditional plants and agriculture, as well as migration. Some of her poems have been translated into English, Bengali, Chinese, Polish and Albanian.

Pina Piccolo is a bilingual English-Italian writer and translator, working both digitally and in print. She is one of the editors of the digital literary journal La Macchina Sognante and sole editor of The Dreaming Machine.
