While these two videos [“Clouds” and “Truly”] were made to promote the two books I had published in 2019, they both required the most demanding shoots of any of my work thus far. It’s also worth noting that these are the only two pieces I’ve made where I did not operate the camera myself.

Born in Upstate New York, poet and video artist Adam Tedesco is a founding editor of REALITY BEACH, a journal of new poetics. His work has been screened at MoMA PS1, &Now: A Festival of Innovative Writing, No Nation Gallery, New Hampshire Poetry Festival, and has appeared or is forthcoming in Conduit, Diagram, Fence, jubilat, Laurel Review, and elsewhere. He is the author of several chapbooks, most recently Misrule (Ursus Americanus, 2019). His first full-length poetry collection, Mary Oliver, was recently published by Lithic Press.
