Though it seemed open
it had a door, and words pushed
at her feet. These pieces shook
her to her ruins: a solid
string of thoughts and
ideas: let Jesus lie down
and sleep. The hedge wove
together all of the electricity
of the deep, and she went
into the person-shaped hut
that was her life.
