Two special guest-edited folios, curated by Karla Kelsey

Editor’s Note

It’s an honor for Tupelo Quarterly to feature two special guest-edited folios by noted poet and scholar Karla Kelsey.

Karla Kelsey, the editor of these folios, is the author of seven books, including the poetry collections On Certainty (Omnidawn) and Blood Feather (Tupelo), and the work of experimental prose Transcendental Factory: For Mina Loy (Winter Editions). A recipient of awards and fellowships from the Poetry Society of America, the Fulbright Scholars Program, and Yale University, she is the editor of Lost Writings: Two Novels by Mina Loy (Yale University Press).

The folios included here feature groundbreaking work in both poetry and translation, celebrating new voices alongside literary luminaries like G.C. Waldrep, Alan Gilbert, and Rosemarie Walrdop.

Happy autumn, and enjoy!
