Jesse Albatrosova is a Philly based writer, translator, and educator exploring themes of language, cultural identity, urban exploration, and sexuality in hybrid forms. She earned an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts, working in poetry, translation, and creative non-fiction. As a 2025 Center for the Arts and Social Justice fellow, she studied individual, social, and linguistic histories to translate experiences of displacement, war, and belonging in a hybrid, cross-genre book-length work.
