Wesley Rothman is the author of SUBWOOFER (2017), winner of the New Issues Poetry and Prose Editors’ Choice Award. After earning an MFA from Emerson College, he completed the PhD in American Literature at Catholic University. His poems have recently appeared in Bennington Review, Boston Review, Cherry Tree, The Hopkins Review, Image, The Kenyon Review, Prairie Schooner, and Southern Humanities Review. A former Teaching Artist for the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, he
has earned fellowships from the Sewanee Writers’ Conference and the Vermont Studio Center. He teaches at Howard University.
