Michèle-Jessica (M.J.) Fievre obtained her MFA from the Creative Writing program at Florida International University. She is the author of I Am Riding (One Moore Book, 2013). Her memoir, A Sky the Color of Chaos, will be released in November 2015. Her short stories and poems have appeared in Haiti Noir (Akashic Books, 2011), The Beautiful Anthology (TNB Books, 2012), The Mom Egg, Saw Palm, The Southeast Review, and The Caribbean Writer.
