Chloe Honum is the author of Then Winter (Bull City Press, 2017) and The Tulip-Flame (Cleveland State University Press, 2014). Her poems and essays  have appeared inThe Paris Review, Poetry, The Southern Review, Agni, and elsewhere. She has been awarded a Pushcart Prize, a Ruth Lilly Fellowship, and a Grimshaw Sargeson Fellowship. She was raised in Auckland, New Zealand, and currently lives in Waco, Texas, where she is an assistant professor of creative writing at Baylor University.

Jacob Shores-Argüello is the author of In the Absence of Clocks (Southern Illinois University Press, 2012) and Paraíso (University of Arkansas Press, 2017), winner of the CantoMundo Poetry Prize. His work has appeared in The New Yorker, Poetry, The Oxford American, and elsewhere. His honors include a Fine Arts Work Center Fellowship, a Hodder Fellowship from Princeton University, and a Lannan Literary Fellowship.
